PUMPING FOR OVER 25 YEARS
Founded in 1994 by André Nagel, AQS Industries started its existence in a 2 by 2 metre back room in a home in Pretoria. At the time, André was heading up the workshop at Brubin pumps, which had become the business’ most profitable division under his management. He decided it was time to head out on his own, and then accumulated a highly skilled and experienced team. It is this passionate and knowledgeable team which ensures AQS Industries continues to provide unparalleled client service. As founder and Managing Director, André is still very involved in the daily operations, especially since the recent acquisition of his secondary business, AQS Liquid Transfer, by European group, AxFlow.
Over the last 25 years, AQS Industries has grown into a leading importer and distributor of pumps for the chemical industry, sporting a fully fledged test and repair facility. And as a result of the deep industry experience, the company has secured sole distribution of some of the best global pump brands.
